I'm almost certain this idea will sell millions of units in months (with the right advertising). I know everyone says this when they invent shit but this is an entirely untapped market (at least in the states, australia had a similar product but flopped due to poor marketing). If it's worth as much as you say it is, then paying the patent fee is a trivial initial investment. You should also do a solid patent search to see if the idea is original though.

You're also going to need to hire a patent attorney to write the thing because if you try to do it yourself guaranteed you will fuck it up.
