Create a trading niche. Learn how to do something unique that no one else knows how to do in crypto, create an aesthetic, and record every trade you take over the next year. Make a good enough spreadsheet and people will come to you. For me, I learned all about probability distributions in dynamic markets and had a developer make some advanced indicators that represent a whoooole lot of information in a single window. One of them is a heat map, it catches a LOT of eyes and people want to learn how to trade with the literal rainbow stripe at the bottom of my charts.
