Keep in mind they might just look locked to keep people out. We went diving with a few friends of mine, and they said that mostly the padlocks weren't even on the door, just for looks.

We found like 400$ worth of skin care products one night. My GF managed to sell a lot of it to her friends. If you time it right you can also find a lot of free nice food.
