Learn how diamond is graded and what makes for ideal geometry. Not all 1.5 carat look the same size, depending on how it is cut and set. A 1.5 carat with a larger table will look bigger. But too much in one geometry dimension and it will lose shine and flare, etc... Also not all diamond certification organization are equal. GIA and AGS are the best and most trustworthy. Tiffany have their own in house diamond certification for a reason. So they can give higher grade to shittier rocks.
