If your chink coin doesn't pump soon then it will break the parabola and start to dump. Same happened to the EOS run-up a year ago.

got into a nice EOS short trade @18.5 because of this
made $10k in 3 weeks

Thinking about doing something similar with BNB. I heard the Bitmax exchange allows margin trading BNB. I'll check it out later and it has shorting, then I am all set for another round of gainz.

All TA traders are wrong plenty of times, it isn't science. It can just give you a certain time for an entry point, if you think an asset is too much off the price it should be.
Instead of bitching about other peoples trades, give ideas of your own. Don't be a neckbeard and give some OG content/ideas back to the community.

What community? This is a den of thieves... every anon wouldn't think twice about slicing another one's throat over a few satoshis.

We're all rekd for a reason... we play against each other instead of together... there's simply no community.

Indeed. But now is the best time to start building it again. 90% of the cryptoboom normies have given up and are gone. Board is almost dead.
I want some goddamn content back here again, instead of peepeepoopoo'ing. Or do you think there is no hope and the board is lost forever to memes and pajeets?

TA is fine on macro-scale, but most people here are trying to scalp/swing trade, and S/R is really unreliable on these timeframes, as you probably know. The safest advice: go to cash..wait for btc to drop to 2250 and buy. yes, you'll probably not catch the bottom, but you can then trade it on the way up. if you want risky...buy around calendar events and sell 4-6 days prior to the event itself.
also, never listen to analysts/cnbc/bloomberg, etc.

I used Bitfinex for EOS back then.
I've seen some anons here talk about the new exchange BitMax and that it has margin trading for some alts (also BNB). Too lazy to check it out at the moment yet, but I will at some point today.

there is a HUGE difference between eos and bnb, though. bnb has a long way to climb on fundamentals alone. still, if you're such a believer in your parabola theory, put your money where your mouth is, and do a 100x short position, then post it. i'll be watching with interest.

This time it definitely feels less sure for me to make a short trade. As I said, I wont be making it quite yet.
- The BNB hype is a bit lower than it was for EOS at the time. It is also not being called an ETH killer.
- BNB is going to be used for ICOs still, which means people will have to buy BNB tokens for it. This 'locking up' of tokens is going to reduce supply for some time.

If anyone still trusts my input then I'll make it clear that I have not entered a short yet. Will watch the market for next few days. BNB has a chance of still making a final big pump with my theory. Maybe to around $20-25...dunno.

>> No.12975590

You can't short BNB can you? Just sell and buy back lower all the time, right?

Or is there a platform that offers shorting BNB?

Bitmax shills say you can, but upon inspection, the tether tab only shows margin trading on the pairs of pic related and ETH and BTC tabs show no reference to BNB either.

They're just the regular breed of scumbags, these bitmax shills.

Very simple use of Google: "bitmax bnb margin"
first result: https://bitmaxhelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360019381934-BitMax-io-to-Enable-Margin-Trading-Supporting-BNB-10X-

the margin is being added on March 11th

this looks jucie but, parbolic adcance breaks are hard to spot.

example it can break it, lets say by 20% and then explode to a new high, you then adjust your parabolic advance, like also @PeterLBrandt did.

+ as example, if LTC is following the parabolic advance it has to break the uptrend, (follow the blue Line )

Very true. This is what I am afraid of as well for now. I am waiting.
You have have fundamental reasons to think the asset is significantly overvalued. Then you can use the parabola to give you an entry point. Parabola itself doesn't show that something is overvalued, its just shows compounding hype.
Good thing right here would be if BNB bounces soon and hugs the curve more closely. Then there wont really be a chance to really redraw the parabola again. The new parabola would have to be huge and the price candles would be too much "in the air" and not bouncing on the line.

>> No.12975813

>>12975773

exactly, I would do the same.

if the parabolic curve develops to a more or less straight upward line, and the price follows it closely and touches the curve a lot , its worth a short when it breaks ( the more a dynamic line is touched and bounced the more its worth when it breaks. )
