The safe entry will be when btc closes a weekly above every major moving average. You will see huge volume at this point, just like if you look at the BLX in 2015/2016. ONce that line got crossed, institutional traders bought in.

Whether or not we see a real capitulation wick is irrelevant as long as you can make that play with leverage. Anyone trading during another bullmarket is going to get rich af provided they don't hold through the downturn. Easier said tham done.
