Making it would allow me to focus on doing my own projects rather than working for someone else, or making a stressful business around it, that focuses more on making profit rather than making the project useful / meanful.

put it this way
not making it
or making it and then losing it
is a thousand times worse
you do it to prove one of life's most important not negatives

It unironically gives you freedom from 9-5 slave routines, lets you get the advantages of living in a 1st world western society without the cons and setbacks.
You can literally fuck off to the top of a mountain, go comfy camping, learn to fly a plane, take up art/crafts, drink yourself to liver cirrhosis, ironically buy a body pillow with a cactus on it, but ocelot-shit coffee, literally anything you fucking want whenever you want. You no longer have to get up at 7:00am or earlier to make the rush hour commute and serve the shitstain ultra entitled general public while karen slacks off and natters with beth about "my little billy got grounded at school, I like totally can't believe it all he did was snort 5 crayons and draw dicks all over the class whiteboard, he's such a good boy".

It gets much easier when you don't have to worry about money, but the trap many people fall into is not having new goals/hobbies/projects.

This. I wonder why atmosphere inside these corporations seem to unreal m, inefficient and cheesy. Why capitalism and shareholders was not able to iron out those edges ?

What the fuck dude, that sounds like a suicide tier existence for me. How can you be free of financial burdens and not wanna do interesting shit, travel to cool places or make lots of new friends?

Are you at the very least improving yourself in some way in your free time? Like reading more or hitting the gym?

You do realise that if progression isn't a focal point of your life, regression will fill that place right. Even with your 4MM, how happy and non-suicidal do you think you'd be in 15 years if you just kept on NEETing and piss bottling?

Take the advice given from >>12918488 at the very least before genuine deep depression kicks in.

passive income of 50kUSD per year is truly making it. Anything more is kinda just luxury

with it you can:
>enroll in a degree again without the need to wagecuck
>have the time to learn whatever skill you want
>being able to afford a comfy lexus sc400 that looks good yet never breaks down for a mere ~4k
>set up a comfy homestead without needing to worry about distance to job location

what more is needed?

I imagine it wouldn't be a constant joyous thing, but it would definitely bring some happinnes to me.

I could visit close friends anywhere in the world when I wanted to. I could live nearby family.

s.

Making sure I'm occupied with some project is a big part of my fantasies of being rich. I've decided to keep studying and to organise a white colony somewhere in the world.

I've heard of people who gamble their winnings away.

Or worse, make spending money their new hobby.

3000-6000 a month would be enough for me. I'd quit my job and travel from Eco-lodge to Eco-lodge at the lower end. At the higher end I could stay in quality hotels and sample local delicacies, visit all of the best restaurants in France. Smart phones are amazing; there's never been a better era in which to go nomad mode. You can trade stocks from the middle nowhere, track your location with Google Maps, and call a Lyft whenever your feet get tired.

yeah that's similar to eco communities, they're always off-grid, 100% white and sell organic produces
