Does he have a mental illness? It seems like autistic/obssessive-compulsive behavior but wondering if there are any /biz/ psychologists who can confirm.

Maybe he is uncomfortable with his body and thinks the shirt makes him look good/covers it up? Or maybe it's just simply his favorite shirt?
