Norway is a bureaucratic shit hole. Other countries have "FREE®" healthcare etc. too (as if there is truly such a thing), but only one country is so overtaxed and tithed that their government maintains a "savings account" worth $195,000 per each citizen (Around $7,500 a year, not accounting for the 3% annual inflation that's occurred since it was first legislated into existence in the 90s) that the government will never use (assuming it isn't being drained in secret) and its people will never be able to touch.

They are totally reliant on their oil sector that they blindly stumbled upon in the 70s (67% of exports and 22% of GDP, 200,000+ workers out of a total population of 5 million people) and the oil is drying up:
