Your contract needs to be funded with link to pay for jobs faggot. You are buying data and your contract pays node operators based on link. At mainnet (next week) companies will deploy their contracts and only selected nodes (offline face to face partnerships) will fulfill those contracts. When reputation and penalty are on, companies will be able to choose between their preffered nodes or the data off all nodes aggregated.
