Yeah patience works when you are investing in blue chip companies with actual products and earnings. Patience doesn't work in crypto because 99% of this shit is useless and will go to zero if you don't time its pump properly.

You think the people holding ICX and Req and Vibe and every other piece of shit out there just need to be patient and they're going to get all their money back? It's possible even ETH and Bitcoin go to zero some day and they are the closest thing to a bluechip in crypto.
