Do you read the financial reports or earnings reports? T is doing just fine with its debt. It has a lot of it, but its doing just fine. It just reached all time high revenues and was able to increase its dividend and have a pretty low pay out ratio

I think you're wrong on this one. I'm not buying more yet, but there is more upside than down at this point to sell. I bought at $45 thinking it was a $65 stock and I still feel that way. If it hits $30 I'll triple my position.

The dividend is still 4% even with the cuts. I saw the cut coming month ago, I figured they would be larger. The SEC inquiry is already behind them and being overblown now, it had an overall impact of about 4 cents a share. They are held back by debt but they appear to finally be proactive in paying it down.

Management is poor and should all be removed for letting it get to this point. Terrible mismanagement. But they still have decent earnings and a great product line. Consumer trends are cyclical. Heinz and Kraft cheese aren't going anywhere.
