>I'm new to the stock market, what stocks should I buy?
Before you buy anything, make a brokerage account and read investopedia articles and/or the books in the OP list. If you don't have a broker, you can't buy stocks and if you blindly buy things without understanding how the stock market works or doing any research on the individual stocks you're buying, you will lose money and it will be entirely your fault.

Imagine a life where you have never had money, never felt the urge to DYOR, never felt that magnetic admiration to someone who was good at making money, and wanted to imitate and ultimately make it like him. Just nothing. Literally all you do in life is exist. Occupy space, pass the time, and lose money.

You're bored, as usual, in SMG chatting about your fucking REFR bags and not even feeling any kind of happiness from it, just soothing your constant need to be poor and stupid and petty. Every single thing you've done in the past year was mundane, disgusting, and boring. You spent the last six hours watching youtube videos with TA niggers who lost their ass buying penny stocks or some stupid bullshit that you don't really understand since you can barely comprehend english. You're just sitting there, gestating, fermenting, with a pain in your gut that guarantees you'll have to run out and take a shit in the street very soon.

And then you see it. White men, over in some corner of the internet, making money. You've never seen this before. What are they even doing? Instead of bagholding and complaining of a scam penny stock they are imbuing their conscious energy into making memes and discussing the qualities of legitimate companies. All the bitterness and stupidity you feel nonstop seems to be absent, as they congratulate each other for being victorious. These creatures are truly content to be alive. They have found gains.

And your gaze turns back on itself, on your self, and you realize you've never had that. You can never have it. You're just a stupid fucking Indian with REFR bags.

So you get up, you walk over there, and you shill REFR to them. Just shitpost and beg all over their whole fucking image board. The .2% bump your tiny bags get will be worth destroying it. Because afterall you're an Indian. Buy REFR sirs!

With earnings beat, Investors are going to change their tune on IQ especially with the trade wars dying down. Trump even said he's done with this trade war shit and Xi said the same thing all it boils down to now is the signatures and when that happens expect LSCC/IQ/ZTO and maybe AMD to get a major boost
Point being, if you don't buy IQ right now or Monday after some consolidation you are LITERALLY missing out on a possible NFLX explosion regardless of market cap.

I see the IQ upside too. But I don't think the trade war news will have too much to do with it. Of course there will be some effect.

I think it is unlikely that the stock will carry enough positive momentum to take it directly to 30 and beyond, there will probably be a pullback and I will buy some then.

I'm still considering significant economic issues for China (structural, not trade war related) in the next 16 months, so I'm not loading up too much.

The end goal of totalitarianism is the destruction of freewill and autonomy. That might sound false or outlandish, but it's true. Through the means of technology we will one day be able to eliminate free will in people, the only thing that would stop that would be through popular convention of the society that invents the technology.

Do you really want to hand the world over to a group of old chinks and their computer AIs who monitor you closer than a maximum security prisoner when technology to fuse our brains with computers is being developed?

think about it.

So I'm thinking that its probably a great time to buy cheapo weed stocks, as I've cme to the conclusion that the 2020 election will be very positive towards weed. Everyone, even if its just lip service, will talk good on legalization. Thus I have come to the conclusion that dropping no small amount on weed is at worst a not dumb idea, and at best absolutely genius.

That's the whole point of the system dude. To control the poor. Chinese CEOs don't need to worry about Good Citizen Points and shit like that.

I second the political angle, but I PROMISE YOU that it is at least 75% priced in. I don't want to waste any more breath cautioning people about weed stocks because there is a lot to discuss. But lots of the upside things are priced in, and remember that external competition (new players) and other market forces can crush any single weed company. I don't think buying it is a bad idea, but you can't just buy the top 5-10 companies and expect your investment to double without risk.

Yes they do because the trust between themselves and other power players in the system is that they toe the party line. If all the power players get together and agree they can all get away with certain behaviors that is fine, but a few slips and then they are all paranoid of each other and spy on one another.

Agreed but I don't care for the looks of most of the charts right now. CRON is running way too hot. WEED/CGC is bearish. ACB surprisingly looks half decent with an intact rising channel going on.

Two weed tickers I'm watching very closely are CWEB and CROP. CROP keeps testing 0.315 support and holding it. CWEB has had a significant drop off and may be approaching some kind of support in near future. I'm not currently in either. Just waiting. Oh, also, keeping an eye on my favorite dude weed biofarms; tetra biopharma. It's consolidating after a sharp drop off a couple weeks ago.

Hey guys . I have been wanting to get into trading , i do a little now. I have a few questions maybe someone could point me in the right direction.
I dont have big pockets , i have about $1500 , $500 invested in weed stocks and $1k un invested .
I am not asking for what stocks to put my money in. I can do my own research on those .
What i am more interested in , is , what are the best platforms to trade on. What is the best website for news . and what are the best charting programs (free).
I am trying to find a charting /screener that is free . i am not sure if those exist, it seems like everyone wants you to buy this and subscribe to that but wait dont foget to buy this tool too.
I am currently trading on robinhood because my portfolio isnt vauable enough and i dont want to take the comission hits.
I do have a fidelity account as well but no money in there .
Any advice as to what programs , and trading platforms are the best would be much appreciated !

Still have to deal with the slashed dividend, can't return to normal. Interesting thought however is if they have an actual plan for that money, like deleveraging to free up more leverage to make an acquisition. Take a big hit now, knowing that the SEC was going to fuck your share prices anyway and have a killer late 2019-2020. It's risky, but I'm kind of with you. It's all about what they do with the money at this point. Remember, they just fucked with the boomers cruise money, boomers need cruises.

The episode seemed very genuine. He talked about things he learned from watching his parents invest. He said when he first started with Goldman, his first heavy position was Heinz because he thought it was the American standard and it tanked and he almost had to close his fund because he was in a bull market like. He said once he finally sold and bought the hot stocks he made tons of money but of he just held Heinz today it would have been better off. He didn't even directly say buy but anyone with a brain could put together what he was trying to say.

I don't even like the guy or watch I just was bored in the hotel traveling for work and happened to turn it on. Also I was going to buy more anyways I was just impressed with the episode. He didn't press a single button or yell. It had a feeling of it being his swan song.

Needs to be greater than 3 usd to list on nasdaq capital exchange.

A lot of institutional investors have governing rules barring them from taking position positions in stocks not listed on certain exchanges for the sake of fiduciary responsibility, so it can bring in liquidity.

I'm in a dude weed stock that's going 5:1 to list on nasdaq sometime in the next 2 weeks, you really need to scrutinize management and gauge whether you think they'll be competent enough to babysit the SP with news releases for a while after.

These sorts of lists are very helpful for screening a bunch of potential new additions to watchlist. I use the leaf equivalent fairly often. Standard procedure is check all stocks with a AA, AB/BA, BB, and AC/CA ratings for value/growth; chart first, quick skim on financials, figure out next earnings and ex-div dates.

leaf lists here. Note that the list isn't updated very often so never buy anything on this without checking on your own to see if situation has changed recently:
