The inverse is true, the price will be 1:1 at the time of the swap, as in, 1 token will get you 1 fuel. The possibility of the prices differing is I guess dependant on whether or not exchanges list both at the same time, which I guess is their choice. Post-swap, the fuel supply won't be fixed though.
