>I'm new to the stock market, what stocks should I buy?
Before you buy anything, make a brokerage account and read investopedia articles and/or the books in the OP list. If you don't have a broker, you can't buy stocks and if you blindly buy things without understanding how the stock market works or doing any research on the individual stocks you're buying, you will lose money and it will be entirely your fault.

>> No.12780441

Anything that increases liquidity is going to improve rate of price discovery for securities and their underlying products.

If coffee beans are a highly liquid commodity the price will be more or less continuous, and the coffee shop doesnt need to worry about whether they should buy their next batch of beans on Monday because they're usually more expensive by Friday.

If beans are not liquid and only two or three people offer to sell them to me at a wide price spread there could be some days Im not even bothering to sell coffee because the price has gotten too high and isn't liquid enough to correct fast enough.

Basically the act of trading a security is providing liquidity and assisting in price discovery even if you don't see a direct benefit right away. Having a properly priced basket of goods is just as important as having a basket of goods in the first place.

False. The company already sold that share and it has little to do with them. The trader makes money and spends it in his community. Also, before anyone says shit, stock market =/= economy. Traders propping up the market is probably a negative as traders sell everything when the market crashes.

Put your money in weed, it's the only sure bet you'll come across this decade. CGC may not have the most explosive growth in the future, but it's the biggest company of it's time and it's sitting on cash to burn. They're looking at any angle they can use to get into the US right now where the weed market it much larger than home. They're shipping medical to the UK, we all know that the UK will be legalizing recreational once Brexit goes through as an attempt to pacify the people in a haze of smoke. They are sending shit to Germany. They're also the secret partner that AMRS has (don't tell no body.) They'll get it one of these years. Avy risk depends on wind and snow conditions in winter, so there will be windows where there is less snow above/underneath you. Also times when it is really, hard cold can be more 'stable' as far as the conditions go.

From what I read the bottleneck is just as unfriendly in the summer when it gets (relatively) warm; then you are talking about day/night instability in terms of expansion and contraction. That's where the ice falling randomly comes from.

You then research them yourself and figure out whether you believe they have good trading potential or not. NEVER take the advice you read on stock forums regarding when to buy/sell. To be able to hire a professional but legal harrassment team of attorneys. Their entire job function will be to get slow revenge on my ex landlord who jewed me out my security deposit.

There will be no mercy and no quarter. I will drop between 500000k and 1m to make her life hell until she ends it herself to escape the relentless assault.

Unlike poorfags who do something stupid and get thrown in jail, this will be ENTIRELY legal revenge.

- find local pliant children to make sexual abuse claims against her, but never commit fully to legal action so defamation suits are difficult
- spread anti Islamic texts in the middle east, plausibly linked to her email / work address but completely deniable to my legal team. This will result in a highly zealous and self motivated digital jihad against her with no financial compensation needed from my legal team.

- weekly prostitution seduction attempts on her husband and children with digital surveillance logs. I'm talking REAL talented girls here, not slags. i.e. the Jared Kushner dad special
- In case the expected counterattack lands her in prison, my legal team will have pre-established tax payments to gangs in prison to ensure the slow revenge continues apace behind bars.

I cannot tell you how much of a driving motivator this is for me, and I just reached 1.1M in liquid assets last Decemeber. My goal is $3m before I can action this properly. In truth brehs, my wife, children, business legacy are all distant secondary drivers of success and wealth.

Nietzsche was right about staring into the abyss too long. The vengeance has consumed me fully and there is no turning back.

There are many more things more important in life than revenge, the ones that make it worth living.
Why would you waste your time and efforts like that?

I'm feeling like a fucking idiot for your fault right now. Thinking someone could hurt himself like that makes me want to cry. Fuck you. Yours is one of the most tragic lives I can think of.
There are people in this world that don't have money, wife, children, friends. They just have solitude and pain.
Yet if they were asked what would they want you to do they would say to get the most of your life.

Please appreciate all you have because it's precious.

Idk how good an investment fast food is. I guess you'd need to be pro-immigrant or pro-weed, since those are the only two markets that integrate with fast food.
Maybe you could win white people back with delivery drones for awhile, or transition to the cigarette model of selling massive quantities to addicts.

Dominos is elite. They've been expanding a lot around me and are always packed.

Not sure what their outlook was or if they were anicipating a lot of growth but I don't think they will disappoint. Lots of pizza places around me have been dead lately but Dominos seems to be doing the best out of anyone.

I think so. I remember one going out of business around here like 10 years ago and one just reopened like a half mile down the road from where it went out of business in a new location.

I think they'll probably have good earnings but if I was to make a pizza play I'd probably buy YUM and get some exposure to Taco Bell and KFC as well. Yum never dips though so I'm never able to get in.

Last time I ordered pizza from Domino's their website asked me if I was comfortable with a driverless car delivering my pizza. When I selected yes it told me that wasnt available in my area, but still apparently they're doing something. Hard to tell if it would pay off though. The thing with delivery drivers is that even though you pay them hourly and provide them benefits you don't have to be responsible for a car. I'm sure it's the way of the future, but it's hard to tell when the right time for that future is.

>> No.12791753

>That sounds insanely wasteful. There's no way you can reach the volume you'd need for it to be efficient without pre-loading it hours in advance. But then you wouldn't be able to get custom and menu item pizza delivered in relatively similar timeframes.
You'd need it to be a robot car that makes the pizzas while driving around.
