200k coins isn't that big of a deal if you think about it. There are 10M+ coins circulating, 200k coins are mined in a little over 100 days. The market can sustain a dump of 200k coins, they're probably more than priced in already (there are whales waiting in fiat to buy the dump when these coins enter the market).

You can also assume that the vast majority of recipients aren't going to sell the coins. Maybe 50k of the received coins will get sold after the distribution.

It all depends on the float right/volume traded. About 1600 new btc is mined everyday, so if all the gox coins were dumped in a day, that would be equivalent to 100x daily inflation. Will this dump price, idk, but these numbers provide clues
