Instead of just filing I read the files. The bosses soon realised I knew more than half the folk on the job. I offered a proper job. Couple of promotions, then I was headhunted by a manager that left. Pensions admin for 7 years then chucked it for contacting. Had lined up a backing complaints gig. And have leveraged that up to compliance.

So yeah, self taught, but on the job.
