Can you hear the winds of change blowing?

Why aren't you converting your fiat cash into UNCONFISCATABLE, fungible, and untraceable money?

I actually think its best for money to be transparent as a way to stop corruption. I'm not doing anything illegal, I don't give a shit if people see what I do with my money.

What happens when your rights are no longer respected or when the system starts working against you? Times change. People can always be exploited.

At least it's a system and you can see it working against you and you can change it by raising issues in court, legal system and voting instead of anarchy and vapor coins where you have absolutely no control or security.
>Hello policeman my shitcoins are missing can you catch the thieves?
>I also pay no taxes and all my shit is untraceable so good luck spending all your resources saving my assets for nothing.

This is the problem with alts.

Bullish. Shake outs like this take out the trash. You're not just risking your own funds, you're risking the value of your currencies to a fractional reserve.
>>12656509
so you'd be fine with your wallet getting black listed or frozen due to a random transaction with a convict or dissonant?

Having visibility on money flow does not mean having control over it. Read only, no editing or writing of the system.

This, but only because I'm only interested in crypto as an investment vehicle, and don't believe it will be at all a safe one with it's anonymous nature.

But if your wallet is blacklisted, major exchanges and merchants could deny you access or worse your transactions could be rejected from the mempool.
Your offence could be nothing more than pissing off the mining cartels. Or competing with powerful conglomerates.

BTW that's why big blocks are frowned upon. It restricts the ability to mine your own transaction. Unfortunately I doubt that it's sustainable if we're trying to do anything economically meaningful.

because theres no active development anymore, and as it is it doesn't stand a chance to actually be used

An unknown amount of monero = an FBI honeypot. Why else would that information about a coin primarily used for illegal activities be advertised in such a way by an official government report? Wake up sheeple!
