Why do American stocks absolutely devastate every other country's stocks on earnings growth? I've been working as a financial analyst for a few years now analyzing companies both domestic and international and I'm just astonished at how much faster American companies grow than literally anywhere else. And it's not just how big America is, because you can do this comparison between America and whole regions with hundreds of millions of people, and America will still come out on top.

Pic somewhat related, although it was just the first corporate logo I found in my pics folder, it was actually Facebook's recent earnings that stimulated this line of thought.

more money that needs to be put somewhere because theres no easy way "out" for it, so our stocks tend to bubble a lot harder than in countries where moving money out is easier

This is the correct answer. All that GDP growth in developing countries that you see is feeding into corporations based in developed markets like the USA.

The growth of China in the past 20 years has created more US billionaires than Chinese by probably a factor of 10:1, if not more. Basically, we buy goods produced in 3rd world countries, (((brand))) them, and export to developed countries & emerging markets.

One of the reasons we try to plant democracy in literally every country in the world is to ensure our survival as we can only continue to rule the world if our exploitable markets continue to grow.
