I have no idea how thick the order books are. they change constantly and when the market wants to move, then they will dry up incredibly fast on the corresponding side. it could (but doesn't have to) take quite some money to move the prices up 100$... after all, you have to deal with all exchanges as there are arbitrage bots trying to keep the prices euqal on every exchange. however, I would recommend to not waste your thoughts on this. you won't win any money because you know how many usd you need to move the price. well, except if you're a very large player.
