> what's your daily schedule?
a mixture of doing chores and checking biz without any reason or pattern , with some eating and sleeping thrown in, a mess

> what have you done so far to improve it?
nothing really...

> what do you plan to do next?
just learned about skinner boxes - obsessively checking something for changes, like email or CMC... i will try to eliminate them by allocateing fixed times for specific activities or set up automatic notifiers
then fix my sleeping schedule

what about you anons? what worked for you? what you struggle with?

Read atomic habits.
If you have too much adhd for reading. Get a audiobook. It works for me because i can listen to it in the gym and driving so u can get 1 hour a day ez.
Go from there

for many getting health in order is a long term project, in the meantime even setting up a day to do all those small pesky silly tasks so you free the rest of the week for serious stuff is big step ahead

Be me, 28 year old neet, no gf here. Living with parents, sometimes stay alone at my own apartment which I'm going to sell soon due to investment reasons.

My worst schedule I think would look like this:

Sleep - 2am-10am
Eat lunch
Biz, binance, twitter, internet in general
Dinner
Biz, binance, twitter, internet in general
Sleep - sometimes very late around 5am, woke up again at around 12-1pm

If mood is oke and positive during the day i would do some chores and productive things like writing, reading, coding my long overdue project that actually might return some revenue one day.

I'm thinking of starting gym, but first I gotta finish something first.

I don't really socialize lately since i'm at my peak of 20s here. Was active at socializing during early 20s until around 25-26. I just don't care about the world anymore. My ideal schedule would probably be the one with having productive works like the one i described above. Just the things that would make me happy and alive.

I deactivated my instagram but still have twitter and facebook, though i don't really browse on facebook anymore. Eliminating instagram is a single most best decision i've made. But it's hard to withdraw from the others.

Tell me biz, how can I improve my lifestyle?

small baby steps at a time.
If one tries to change everything at once it will end in a disaster.
Changing soda to water, or a few cookies less per day is a start.
Changing stuff slowly is a sure way to make it.

The most important thing one has to change is:
mindset, the way you think
create a success driven mindset and you are good to go for everything

It's just a book about creating habits. I read most of them and this one is short and applicable.

Then fill in thepowerofwhenquiz.com look up your chronotype, and create a schedule that fits with it. That way you don't go against ur nature and get optimal results.

These 2 will change everything. Do that this month.

seems to be a lot of hullabaloo considering I would answer everything completely differently depending on my current habits

Wel maybe haven't implemented myself yet.
Either way check out the book it really helps. Your life is basiclly a sum of your habits. So that is where the small change starts.
