Alright anons, I'm 25 and live in a small country. I've got an undegrad degree but will probably go fucking nowhere with it
Am I too old for business schools yet or what? I want to be able to work in finance and especially go work abroad in Asia and so on, but age is a worrying factor for me rn. Can I get your input on that or even what's the best course of action if I want to work in accounting / finance?

Just go out of your comfort zone. Go to Asia, find a job and live your life or do something different. It won't be easy, but it will be much better than rotting away in the same location you were born in. You came here not to ask how to proceed, but if it is ok to fail because failing is easier. You know what you want, now act on it. 25 years is still very young. People these days.
