You can still eat meat, just in moderation and less red. Mostly fish. Your PH levels need to be at 7.2-7.4 is optimal. I haven't been sick in about 4 years but I only eat wholefoods for the most part. No refined sugar and as previously suggest as many green veggies as you can humanely eat in the day.
