***LARGE LINK TRANSFERS/WHALE BOUGHT 1 MILLION LINK***

It looks like this guy has bought 1.3 million LINK from Binance in the last 13 days...?

https://etherscan.io/token/0x514910771af9ca656af840dff83e8264ecf986ca?a=0x63e5f461c8b6d8b57c768415888ba6b88515c0dd

Since the large volume spike 13 days ago and the start of this pump, I thought it should be pretty easy to see if there are any large transfers of LINK going on. So I've just checked all the 6 figure LINK transfers in the past 20 days and the majority of them (90%) come from this same guy.

All the transfers IN are from Binance wallets. (you can't see actual purchases on Etherscan, but you can see when someone transfers LINK from Binance to another wallet, and vice versa). But after they come in, within an hour, he then transfers them to another wallet, which then sends them back to Binance? Click on the transactions and follow them, you'll see what I mean. Is he trying to obfuscate his wallet address, or swing trading, or something else?

Anyone else wanna take a look at this and see what's going on?

(By the way, I think this is a real person's wallet and not an exchange wallet. Exchange wallets are usually named, just check the token holder label and it will say "Binance_1" or something. HOWEVER, there are unmarked exchange wallets too, but afaik those usually have 50+ pages of transactions and they just don't *look* like personal wallets, e.g. 0x1671a3e4a2519a653e66e827ef6eae690ee86729 is probably a Binance wallet).

Why do not the institutions make some sort of deal with Chainlink ie. "You give us some LINK we use your product"

What is going to happen to those 650 million LINKs that are not in circulation? Who will be getting them if not these so-called "institutions"?

Binance is the second biggest Chainlink holder after Sergey. It’s astounding, the number #2 wallet is a binance wallet and they have multiple other wallets with over 400,000 LINK in the top 100. See their biggest wallet here: https://etherscan.io/token/0x514910771af9ca656af840dff83e8264ecf986ca?a=0x4e9ce36e442e55ecd9025b9a6e0d88485d628a67
Also, out of all the tokens they hold, Chainlink is one of the tokens they hold the most of. I think top 5. Can’t remember where I saw this - if anyone has source please post it.
At first I didn’t think much to the idea that Binance and Coinbase would run chainlink nodes, but this fiat pairing news, and the facts stated above, is making me reconsider. I bet there would be a huge market for their data as well.

Cannot find source either, but Binane only owns Stablecoins and Ethereum more than Chainlink.

It was something like #1 Ethereum 2#Tether #3Paxos standard 4#stablecoin number #5 Chainlink

Binance bots also heavily manipulate the price in my opinion, and probably more, especially when the USDT pairing starts tomorrow

So Binance holding all this Link in their wallets, how does that impact token value? Is Binance the "designated" exchange for nodes to cash in rewarded Link? If so, the process would be exchange Link for USDT, purchase Eth on Binance, transfer Eth from Binance to Coinbase, transfer Eth to Fiat on Coinbase. Looks a bit convoluted, but it would work I guess. The big benefit would be if cashing in a big stack u could convert all Link to USDT on Binance and then move it daily to Eth then to Coinbase (due to minimum withdrawals on Binance). At least in that scenario you are holding stable USDT instead of BTC or ETH as you are completing the process. Does this make sense?
