Consider this early bitcoin chart (2010-2011). Take note the massive volume behind the first major price increase in October, just before it started a parabolic rise in November. The volume for both subsequent pumps was relatively low considering the exponential price gains.

Now consider the current LINK chart. The only large-volume sell-off occurred at 11.7k. That means a large number of swing-traders have taken their profits off the table and the real moon mission is inbound. Strap in Marines, the rockets are fueled for launch.

Not sure how many people that bought +0.5$, but i think there are a good chunk of people that may be looking to break-even, so we are probably gonna see some resistance all the way up to the ath.
