for some reason i cant same the same for the ETH/BTC pair, 4hr chart.
on this pair, ETH looks quite bullish to me.
RSI with bullish trend and reversal diamond + bounce off the current support.

to conclude my analysis, you all should have bought on ETH/BTC on the retest of support @ 34061. It bounced back up and the only way is up, at least short term.
