i got an A average in my Finance Master with 3 years of work exp in a bank and got offers from 3 out of 5 german blue chip companies i applied for.

If you have a degree and some experience it's very easy to get a job

If you're a hs dropout best for the last 5 years, it's very difficult to even get a min wage job. Most the board falls into this category then larps about the white collar jobs being difficult to get.
