At a very busy subway sandwich shop in Manhattan there was a guy who's only function was to put cheese on the sandwiches. He would look at you and say "chez" ( he was most likely an illegal that didn't speak fluent english) and you would tell him the type of cheese you wanted.

Years later I still find this very fucked up and funny.
