Get a wagecuck job making 10 bucks an hour and start saving. once you have enough for a down payment on a house (after the market collapses) then buy one and rent it out. Look for homes for sale in the ghetto that aren't too destroyed they go for cheap. doesn't matter if the neighborhood is shit. your not buying it to live there.
