They offer me braces every time I go for my biannual cleaning. They just assume that my overbite makes my life difficult when it comes to biting down on a sandwich or apple. Last time they offered teeth whitening. I was confused because I've been complimented on my white teeth all my life. I repositioned my jaw slightly and started mewing.
The reposition improved my recessive jaw. I now have a normal jaw as a posture position. I still have to bring it back a little when I eat, which causes no problem at all.
As for mewing, it improves my facial tone greatly and I have much more distinct features. I improved way to much in such little time for it to just be myself aging.
I would say that I gained 2-3 points of good look on the looking scale and I am not even kidding.

Braces were good for me
