2018–12–13 updaten Sept 8th 2018, Bittrex suffered a double-spend attack on the FLO network.
As a precaution, Bittrex disabled the wallet and contacted the FLO team.
All coins are safe as far as we know.
The FLO team agreed to implement Sunny King’s advanced checkpointing system as a short-term solution to mitigate 51% attacks.
The upgrade should be completed within 4 to 6 weeks.
Wallets on Bittrex will be disabled for deposit and withdrawals until the upgrade is complete.
The FLO team will repay the approximate 700,000 FLO stolen from Bittrex in honor of our long lasting relationship with them.

FLO has no value proposition. It's used to pay miners to confirm blocks with data. Miners dump mined flo.
So what happens is you have a valuation based on quantity theory of money: amount of flo used for fees and locked in yet unspendable block rewards.
I don't care enough to check the constants, but whatever the resulting price is, it's pretty much zero.
