I can write Python programs and scripts and am a science graduate. How do I make lots of money working online writing software for people? I don't want to commute and NEET lifestyle is getting too tight.

A few ideas:
Automatic crypto faucet collector
Automatic twitter/youtube etc giveaway joiner
Sell subscribers
Use coins like icon and gla to gain money by literally keeping a raspberry pi on
Farm games with bots
Sell your body on the street

you can still get a comfy job in few selected global locations, but the developer's job is commodifying at a rapid pace.
I fully expect average wage for a programmers to fall below average in the Western countries, sometime in the next 15 years. It's just too easy to outsource.

Do you think so anon? What jobs even are safe if that's the case? Seems like all jobs now are either getting outsourced or automated. Sometimes I think us zoomers have it rough but realistically gen alpha are going to get fucking rekt while we'll just about manage

>What jobs even are safe if that's the case?
those that require physical presence or are heavily licensed are safest. However, due to people from outsourced jobs that change careers, incomes there are going to drop too, so no job is safe. An independent hit will come from automating these local jobs.

It was always inevitable. The market is global and is correcting to a global equilibrium, in which a person in China/India doing job X gets paid the same as a person in USA doing X, after all other costs (transport etc) are taken into account.

Developing is even more easy to outsource than call centers. Developers don't even need to speak english, they just need to read and write it. The quality issue is temporary and stems from poverty, you need a generation that grows up with computers. Lower average iq is irrelevant due to the bell curve - there are going to be more >120iq pajeet developers in 203x than developers in america (all of them, not just >120 iq).

That's why developers are going to be get the heaviest hit, heavy especially because they got used to very high salaries.

The more far future is even worse (for the working class). Imagine a robot with human physical capabilities. Not ai, just the body. Now connect a pajeet with a perfect vr etc. to it. He can now lay bricks in Manhattan from Delhi while being paid Delhi wages.

Start ups are literally told to restrict expansion in America and just get a second office in India. Great if you are a start up founder or venture capitalist, fucking abysmal if you are a developer. If I can't attract funding for my future company, I am just going to fuck off, get an MBA, and work on Wall Street. Not a good time to be a worker bee in Silicon Valley in the very near future, we are fucked.

Outsourced developers definitely need to speak and understand English. Otherwise, they won't know what the hell they're supposed to do. You can't translate the requirements to code without knowing what the requirements are. It doesn't matter how high IQ you have, if you can't communicate with your clients, you're useless as a programmer. The quality issue comes from a lack of skill. Hiring cheap programmers is only going cost more in the long run because low-skilled programmers comes with higher technical debt.

It happens that India once was a british colony, and thus has a lot of people able to speak and understand english...

If they cannot speak english they are almost certainly missing the background that will let them communicate effectively in writing.

>>12300889
>companies don't need quality code, they need it done cheaply and quickly
I've seen this everywhere I've worked, but always in the past tense. Companies have learned the nightmares of tech debt and are constantly trying to recover and refactor. Today they want code that's minimal, maintainable, and has low operational overhead.

>>12302462

In the glory days of wannabe hacker skids I wrote ddos scripts and linked them to a website where people could pay a monthly fee to use my DDOS servers. Funnily enough one of the attack methods used amplification through a 0-day in the Counter Strike: Source server source code which then used various CS:S servers to attack the target. Made good money from that. I'm sure there's enough skids on hackforums to sell similar stuff to.

Not what I meant. I know where I stand compared to Pajeet, I'm always going to put my best foot forward to an employer or client and tell them the exact same thing to sell myself for the highest possible value. It'd be naive to think I still don't have a lot to learn especially considering developers constantly have to be learning new technologies all the time.

This actually physically angers me. Brits give them so much and what do they do in return? They come in their droves to the UK and become a pretty sizeable demographic. Now they're in the process of ruining the internet with their presence, and of course ruining the formerly comfy IT sector by undercutting the educated white man with super low wages (which aren't super low over there)
