that the United States protects all crypto investors by forcing KYC and not allowing us to participate in
ICO's unless you have a $1 mill+ networth and are an accredited investor??

Unironically if it wasnt for the US government looking out for us i wouldnt know what to do.
I feel so sorry for those that are actually allowed to use bitmex. must suck so hard to be them.

I can become an accredited investor now, because I didn't blow all my earnings. But the opportunities have passed me by because of these laws. Give people a test or something if you think they need to be protected from themselves. But it's screwed up to limit opportunities to the already wealthy. In america if you are a self made man and are rich over 70% of your money is guaranteed to fall into the hands of the government. 40%+ of all earned money to taxes then when you die every asset you own more than 5 million dollars get cut in halt and that half goes to the hands of the government. >70%. If you are poor and end up needing to use a nursing home like most eventually do and you die there then the nursing home will be entitled to most of their assets and their home.
