New ATH may be coming, but not for a good while. I don't think this is a start of a bull market, at best more a start of a plateau on our way to the next bull market. I think in the next year we'll see several small rallies like this, but they will mostly come back down again afterwards. Just like how Bitcoin behaved in 2015.
