Generally a mixture of meat (chicken, some red meat and some tuna), veggies (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, kale, spinach, other leafy greens), fruit (apple, pear, occasionally oranges, kiwi, watermelon (when in season), pineapple), grains (lots of oatmeal, occasionally spaghetti), dairy (kefir, yogurt, some milk) and nuts (almost, walnuts, peanuts).

Add supplements (iron, vitamin D, zinc, fish oil, occasionally multivitamin, 5-HTP) that are spaced apart, some creatine, decaf green tea and 1.25 to 2.5 mg (1.25 x2) of Adderall as needed.
