It's no secret the crypto has had a hard bear market for pretty much the whole year, and watching how this board, was well as the rest of the community and beyond reacts to just a few days of bullish upswing. Everyone is very, very desperate for a bull market by now. So, why aren't we getting one?

A few reasons:
1. The crash at the beginning of this year left a sour taste in everyone's mouths. People have good reason to have a bearish attitude.
2. Jews, Bogs, Lizardmen. Whatever you'd like to call them, it's obvious just by taking a look at any graph that shows the price ceilings and floors over a course of a few months that someone or a group of people are seriously manipulating some of the biggest coins in crypto.
3. This can also be partly blamed on the companies and people behind the crypto everyone is looking towards for some semblance of structure and security. *cough LINK cough*

Lets take Chainlink for example, since I decided to mention it. Sergey has received endorsements and partnerships from some of the biggest names out there, clean and impressive blockchain, a huge fanbase of loyal linkies. So, whats the problem? Well, it's Sergey himself.

Sergey has done honestly nothing with his huge headstart that some up and coming ICO's would kill for.

This isn't a thread to shit on Chainlink. Hell, I'm holding some LINK bags myself, the point is it's obvious to a lot of people that even the top names in crypto have become complacent and bearish themselves.

So, with all of this in mind, what does 2019 hold in store for Crypto as a whole? We really wont know, but I can tell you where it's headed if everyone's attitude doesn't change, and it's into obscurity. I'm not crying for bears to stop what they're doing, but I'm only offering a warning, that if you turn to many people into bears, the market is never going to recover. Every pump will be a "bull trap" and every promising coin will be a shitcoin until there's nothing left.

My fear is when the eventual "cream of the crop" does emerge, will there be anyone around to notice it? Or everyone that is left is way to cynical and bearish to even care.

That is a true concern. How can we change this?

I'm not sure. I hate to say it, or even suggest. Partly because I know it's impossible, and some retard will think I'm trying to shill or some dumb paranoid shit. But I think we need to tone down the bearish attitude, even if by a little bit.

Fuck, even crypto youtubers are obviously so crushed it effects their idle attitude

Take Crypto Daily, around a year ago vs today:

I get it, it's a bear market, and they last a long time. But fuck me it's almost to much to handle. I can't be the only one that feels this way.

#2: How exactly is it "obvious"? I am an idiot. Can you explain why i simple terms that even I can understand? If not, you're full of shit like everyone else here.
