i'm at breaking point, i communte 3 hours a day in public transportation. Work 9-6 with 30 minutes lunchbreak. I get paid 720 yuro / month for front end developpement cause i'm in an apprenticeship. I have almost no free time besides watching naruto in the metro. To cope with this shit i get off my tits on drugs everytime i have the chance (friday evening to sunday afternoon).

Do i look like i have any delusions about the US?I even outlined my belief they have issues in my post.
Liveable wage(if you can get a job which is the only reason i'd move out to begin with,having either an offer or a very serious consideration) is not one of them though.
And my brother has lived in one of the smaller US cities for several years(even moved in with him for a few months) and honestly the standard of living is quite good.
