12179685 No.12179685 [Reply] [Original]

I don't know what to do. I could have bought 25,000 Link on Sunday now I can only buy 14,000. This pump changed everything. Can someone tell me if 14 is still enough to make a million bucks off this thing? Have I blown my chance? Should I buy something else instead?

It will drop when mainnet is out due to little adoption.

This is what I am thinking too. See: Request Network.
It could take years for the API/Oracle economy to get the adoption needed to make this moon.

Jap it will.
That the big risk here. Because before smart contract MASS adoption, many more competitors will be out. Lur dur FMA.

Here the is real answer you don't want to hear, but its the truth. Odds are it will have a correction after seeing around 75% gains in last 2 to 3 days. You need to buy some now...maybe buy around 4500. Then next month DCA in some more. You should have been doing this all year. No one knows when its too late, but obviously its just going to climb and not retrace as it almost always does.

Only ONE of the literal hundreds of teams using chainlink has to be reasonably successful to drive major traffic on the chainlink network. I'd say that is pretty good odds.

Oraclize hit 1 million requests in about 1 year. That's about 2700 oracle calls per day. If Chainlink has literally hundreds of teams, say 200, that's only 10 per day per project... to match Oraclize. kek.

Oraclize charges 5 cents per call, those cents add up, anon.

Seriously if you think about the low and high end estimates, you'll see how chainlink is a fucking easy win.

Rly makes you think. Not that I don't believe you, but where do you get this info? This at least makes me have some faith for Chainlink mainnet if that is/was the case with Oraclize.

At the root of nearly every piece of Link FUD is one base sentiment:

"You loser NEETs and your NEET software will never amount to anything. The system will chug along just fine without you, go die in a hole."

People are threatened by Link because they're threatened by the prospect of NEETs gaining wealth and status over them.

Same here man. Poorfag student last week could afford 10k by going all in and then could add like 300$ every month. After this pump I can barely afford 6k links. Feel like fucking shit and stupid for waiting so long while it was at 20 cents. I think this anon is right >>12180293, next dip (hope there will be one) I'm going all in and after that putting in more money every month as long as link is below 50 cents. Too little LINK.

Buy COSS. You can get around 62,000 COSS. Swap for LINK when it hits a 1:1 ratio. Also, collect a dividend (the FSA, based on the trading volume) in the meantime.

I’m unironically starting to think BTC is the ultimate bait and switch.

Bait all the “smart” institutional money to drive down the price, consolidate the lions share of BTC and then flood market with Satoshi’s wallet....leaving projects like LINK to rise from the ashes of energy consuming PoW mining.

I don't know man how many links to maje it anyway? The cost of api requests is already between under 1 cent to 5 cents. Link being adopted by tge api economy would make link 10 to 25 assuming circulating supply stays the same and assuming 19000 nodes propagating the network constantly with zero downtime doing max number of api requests possible. Link staking is the only thing that will make links value rise much higher and we don't know what percentage of a vontracts value would even need to be staked under one percent is possible.
