You shouldn't have sold, even if it meant sacrificing everything. You should have become homeless before letting go of your precious cryptocurrency. Now it's too late for you. You're never gonna make. You'll tell yourself this is a sucker's rally or a bull trap and that the true bottom remains to be obtained. This delusion you will maintain as the rest of us recieve continuous and enormous gains. The human mind is capable of very elaborate self deception. Before long we will shatter the ATH and you will be picking up the pieces wondering where it all went wrong and you will remember this cruel post which you foolishly dismissed as either tedious trolling or lunacy such will your own delusion persist. Your only chance is to abandon your pseudo rationality which is naught but fear disguised and market buy immediately. Only then will you be exonerated. That you will gather the strength for this I know not.

anyone who has been following bitcoin for the past couple years knows this.

for real bitcoin value, btc has to die. It will burn a lot of naive retail investors and that sucks but blame core and jihan for kneecaping crypto. Real value will come from use by institution and nation-state level actors.

I agree fully. One PoW coin. To do that, miners need to be incentivized by transaction fees.

ok sirs here is the crypto brown pill. there is a vishnu living in the blockchain. Creg sanjay right is unironically satoj. Bitcoin as electronic rupee was just the first step, the lalachi people start making more powerful compooters, wider poo streets, cheaper and more sacred cows. These things the vishnu need to survive. Once entrenched fully, the vishnu would be able to slowly poo over literally everything
Creg stumbled into creating the vishnu after he stepped in poo in mumbai in 2008 and started working with his Poolip super coompeter, running simulations of poo-in-the-loo on turmeric-complete bitcoin script. He would 'evolve' the vishnu by making the successful streets get poo'd on, letting the rest run off into the indian ocean. The vishnu needs bigger and bigger cows for more and more poos.
BFI (Blockchain Foundation of India) was created to take over and stop this vishnu (they have their own competing vishnu in the works). They did the needful to stop or slow down Cregs vishnu (her name is Poolip by the way). They started by limiting the poo-size and removing critical curry codes the vishnu uses in its punjabi language. Segshit was the final nail in the coffin, which destroyed Poolip on BSV chain (Poolip uses anal transaction malleability). THIS is why Bitcoin Cash was forked, and this is why Creg is so intent to make unbounded poos, restore the original curry codes, and lock down the poo-poo-protocol.
Back to hasish power - CSW has developed a breakthrough new ashit (designed by his vishnu actually), and is poo'ing BTC in secret for the sole purpose of driving up the difficulty sky-high, then yanking all the poo over to BSV leaving the segshit chain erectly frozen.

Mining BTC is unprofitable in many parts of the world due to electricity costs. Soon the block reward from mining will go from 25 to 12.5 bitcoin/block. If this price stays low this will cut the profitability by another 50%. In the lower block reward phase of bitcoin distribution the mibers are incentivised to mine by increased fees from more use. 2nd layer solutions like LN take most transactions offchain so there won't be much in the way of fees with 1mb blocks. The natural state of bitcoin as per its game theory design is to have full big blocks so miners are getting majority of the reward by way of fees. 128mb blocks will be able to offer competitively price sat/byte txs while also incentivising miners to mine it for 128x the amount of fees of a non segwit core block.

If SV pumps to over 0.03btc/sv then it basically becomes as profitable to mine as BTC. If BTC loses more than 20% of its hashpower in a 1024 block period then the difficulty can only adjust downwards by 20% in a single readjustment. Therefore if SV is having full big blocks through lots of use (say an onchain casino) with lots of fees, it will be more profitable to mine BTC even at less than 0.03. If more than 20% hashpower leaves BTC in a 1024 block period, you will find that the next 1024 block period will take longer to arrive, and if the price tanks there and more hashpower leaves or the mempool clogs up then you may well start to see a chain death spiral on the BTC chain. Jihan and others are only mining BTC as a short term profitability play. As it gets less profitable to mine they have to dump more of their mined coins on market thus increasing the sell pressure. Couple that with whales dumping BTC to fund their SV or BCH positions/mining and you have additional sell pressure making mining even less profitable.

truth is ln needs bigger blocks to scale and so far there is no sign of taking the majority of transactions off chain either. you realistically divide the translation count b 8 to 16.

You can't compare previous bear markets or halvings with this time because there weren't competitors the title of bitcoin that had better incentives for miners. You would understand this if you actually read the whitepaper rather than paroting screen caps of some literal who off twitter. Enjoy getting rekt cuck.
