Best thing you can do is get out of the market and put it in a reserve money market account. Once when the market bottoms out reinvest everything in your savings. Go super aggressive because it already hit the floor.

If you're looking for an investment opportunity so that you can make some money off of the recession, buy consumer staples: medicine utilities food Etc.
