It was impossible to make money.

They also have a secret shopper system where if you get caught for not specifically mentioning that the bread is freshly baked in 5 minutes or less, ribs fall off the bone tender, sides made from scratch, steaks all hand cut... This on top of suggesting 2 alcoholic and 2 non alcoholic drinks BY NAME to every single table. If you failed to do this you were at risk of being reduced to 2 tables for a week or even being fired.

That restaurant caused me a depression that I'm still trying to get rid of. The absolute fucking state of corporate American restaurants biz. I got Stockholm syndromed in because I literally couldn't afford to quit.
