Yep, were fucked one way or another. The great thing though is that you can go into more defensive companies and still get gains on the way up without exposing yourself to permanent capital loss.

On the way down, you can keep buying high quality companies for cheap, and even lever up on the way down.

The way I see it is that I will increase my position in equities from 40% (what I'm at now) by about 10% for every 10% we go down. Therefore, I'll be 100% equities when were down 60% from the highs.

Now when I'm 100% in equities and the market drops further, I'll evaluate whether going in on margin, or purchasing rental property is the correct approach. It all depends on lending standards, margin costs, etc... Most likely I will be buying rental property, since I have a very safe government job and have the income to back the loan, however if I find absurd value in equities and properties are still holding their price, going in on margin might be the best option.

Anyways, I really hope others can do the same and be free from our Jewish overlords. It's literally the only way to become a boomer yourself. When shit hits the fan, the people buying are becoming the future millionaires. Make sure to position yourself for job security (don't be that new guy in the office), and make sure to eliminate all of your non-essential commitments. The only recurring payments I have at this point are food, my metro pass, my cell phone plan, and work clothes. Work provides insurance, parents provide housing/utilities, and I take the metro so I don't need a car, and I have a home-gym so I don't need to get a gym membership. 814 Credit Score and in a prime position to service a loan. Can't wait until the chaos.
