Literally any airline that is maintained in africa, middle east (except emirates, their workers are mainly expats anyway), east asia (apart from singapore airlines, again their engineers are expats). I know of a certain middle east company that buys aircraft parts from china to save costs and even manufactures their own parts... that might not sound like a big deal but some hydraulic systems operate at 3000 PSI, the slightest defect and a part will fail. Stick to caucasian maintained planes and you won't go far wrong.

Its even quite hard for a pilot to crash a plane. Although most crashes are caused by pilot error, think of how many millions of flights there are a year and how many crashes there are.
And in my experience, of all the black and arab people I've worked with, their attitude and work ethic is... relaxed to say the least.

If you fly with any major US carrier or Western European one you'll be fine. Training and maintenance starts to get shaky when you get into Eastern Europe, Africa and Asia. Oh, and the Middle East (the rich arabs at least) are pretty solid. China sucks too, but the Japs are good. As far as the airplanes go if you're flying a Boeing, Airbus, or any other western made heavy you'll be fine. All else are shitty.

You have no concept of US airline culture. Its very much a good ol boys club and you can literally count on one hand all the female and POC pilots. You're thinking of the ATC scandal when they lowered their standards. Pilots don't have that problem because its still mostly a meritocracy.

In a way you're kind of right though, but that was mostly an Airbus problem until those niggers at boeing disclosed that there was undefined procedural behavior with the 737. I will also concede that a lot of pilots at the majors never touch little airplanes again once they get there (or even the regionals for that matter) so they lose that stick and rudder flying skills.
