New entry to my portfolio this week. TerrAscend (I hate their name). They are involved in medical weed, recreational weed, have a partnership with a biopharma lab, and also involved in the over the counter supplement (CBD) market. I became interested in this company after I saw how heavily Canopy Growth is invested in it via their venture capital arm Canopy Rivers. Waited for chart to work it's way around to imminent breakout (fingers crossed) and entered. Chart related. I'll either make money or get stopped out early next week.

Armn - Has the drug locked down via Patents till 2030 (11 years). Means a steady stream of Profit coming to them, and only them, for 11 years. No one else can make this drug for 11 years. If you recall the last estimate calls for 2.5 billion profit by 2021. So you can just kick back and watch the profit pour in for 11 years.
The only thing holding back this train is the FDA. Once they green light this baby, this train is taking off big time.

GE - Yes, another kick in the teeth today but there is a sliver lining waiting. They are selling GE Transportation to Wabtec. GE will take a 20% stake in this venture. GE Shareholders get W stake as well. W is trading at 90 per atm. So your getting a stake in W at chump change. Once word leaks, GE stock may hike a bit due to the awesome backdoor potential here. Also once the GE BH sell off is done they're doing a share swap. GE gets BH shares. BH gets GE shares. Buy both now to reap rewards later. Yes I had money left in my brokerage so I bought both GE and BHGE shares.

Disney and T are gonna be rolling out streaming services in 2019. Due to the shear amount of content both have, they should have little problem with enticing people to sign up. Also this will put a dent in Netflix and Amazon to. After all, Dis and T own the content. They can pull it from Netflix and Amazon if they want. Now I'm not sure of anything but look at Adobe. They went from CD to sub based only and look at the profit (and stock price) now. Or even hell Netflix, they were disc based at first now streaming is all they do. So the end result is that T and Disney shareholders have nothing to worry about.

I've got it set to where my positions with dividends drip automatically. I plan to let them do this for 15- 20 years. Then turn off the drip. After that time the payout from that will be nice and fat. When funds allow I also plan to buy more shares in them over time as well.
