Few tips, since the image you posted is a horrible example of a PC shop:

No carpet, no white and grey colourscheme, no putting hardware neatly in a horizontal row, no employees with tucked in polos.

Do make a game corner, where kids can playtest some games. People in the shop will attract more people. Do make a 'build your own' area, with 1 staff assisting them. People love to watch that shit.
