Not really, because it would be about 9.6M in revenues. Market cap is around 3x that. They are trading at a reallylow premium. I'm thinking they will secure new contracts with their new California facility. Almost every MJ company is trading at least around 8-15x premium, even the shittiest companies.

there's a tax advantage of being in growth stocks when you're younger (i.e., your gains grow tax free until you sell). SPY will give you divs too, just lower (around 2% i think). Could always buy some SPY and some div payers, depends on your risk tolerance, goals, etc. there's not 1 easy answer (yes there is, buy $70k of SPY and $30k of $DIV and change your shit up later if you want)
