Sentinel is a multi-protocol network built on Tendermint. Sentinel allows to monetize unused bandwidth by hosting a node and allowing users to route their traffic through it, making it the first decentralized VPN, no central server will be able to log data.

Sentinel is being built upon Tendermint which is DPoS, this makes sentinel faster than any other PoW or PoS Blockchain and able to perform cross chain transfers.
Tendermint will allow horizontal scalability by connecting multiple zone (smaller DPoS chains) to a main sentinel hub.

the project is grass roots and had a small raise the development team as a strong development history and a track record of working released products but they prefer to remain anon i think for good reasons,mainly cause they are focusing their effort on a vpn that is able to breach the great china firewall.
