Before anyone falls for it:
I sent 0.115 BTC to torg.io to exchange it for ETH. I waited 5 hours but no ETH were sent. Turns out it's a scam, I should've known better.
It's spammed here & there on biz and here (https://cryptocurrencytalk.com/topic/114292-my-experience-with-torgio/)) and it seemed like it was real but it's all the same person with lots of proxies. Their server is set up in panama. Also the support bubble will block your IP as soon as you complain.

AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE.

theyre putting quite some effort into it by ridiculing torg for losing money & not knowing what's going on. Props to them for their effort.
But gullible people like me will now at least know that it's a complete scam.

I tried googling torg scam, torg offline, torg review, torg and nothing seemed to indicate it's a scam, only all kinds of people acting like they're secretly making money off of it.

At least now this thread will pop up in google and will prevent this scam.

The support tells you it'll go out 20-30 minutes after 12 block confirmations.
Then when you complain that nothing arrived your IP is blacklisted from their server.

That was my initial instict too but after googling it and seeing it was up since wednesday and there was not one single online opst about it being a scam my desperate mind thought there's something about it, mixed with all those proxies shilling it. Wouldn't have thought a scammer would put that effort it. I was wrong and it's fine.

Additionally after those 12 hours have passed and nothing is received on my end I will also collect all the spam posts you made (i.e. http://boards.4channel.org/biz/thread/11886222/9-dollars-away-from-officially-being-a-double)) and ask cloudflare to track down the origin of the IPs relating to a bitcoin online fraudulent system. As stupid as you seem you probably rented proxies or VPN that log IPs (like NameCheap does). In that case you could really be fucked especially since 4chan is registered in the US and they especially like to crack down on crypto related stuff.

So just forfeit that fractional Bitcoin youve made and pay everything back, you know my address.

Otherwise live with the thought in your mind that there's forever going to be jurisdicial entry of your immoral deed in Panama & in the US. And it will rest with you for the rest of your life, even if you're never caught.
Is it really worth it? You'll have to decide.
