I think this could be useful to somebody:
I put all my wallets in a big drive (main one is SSD)
and then create a shortcut, and in the shortcut add -datadir=samefolderasthecoin

1. create shortcut to whatevercoin.exe
2. right click on it, select properties
3. in the target field, select everything EXCEPT the whatevercoin.exe. and copy it to the clipboard. press "end" key to go to the end (or just move right, whatever)
4. then type this -datadir=
5. then press ctrl + v
you would end with something like this:
F:\Coins\Wallets\Dogecoin\dogecoin-qt.exe -datadir=F:\Coins\Wallets\Dogecoin\

6. click accept
7. optional step, if you already had used the wallet, move everything from %appdata%\whatevercoin\ into the new folder that you're going to use (specially wallet.dat, and don't forget to make a copy somewhere else too!)
8. now you start the wallet using that shortcut always.
9. you can copy the shortcuts to whever you want. your desktop or wherever. I got more than 50 wallets, so this is a necessity.

additional tip:
create a .bat file, with this inside:
xcopy F:\Coins\wallet.* F:\Dropbox\Coins\backup /D /S
xcopy F:\Coins\*.conf F:\Dropbox\Coins\backup /D /S
changing the F:\Coins\ for wherever you keep your wallets, which might as well be %appdata%\
the second folder is where you want the files to be copied.
This will copy all your wallet.dat files, and the config files, separated by folders
unfortunately it might copy other .conf files from other programs, but whatever

Look I want to destroy PND just like the next guy, but this advice will be free:

You won't lose enough money to make you shed a single tear if you just hold your PND and aim for the moon. You stand to make a lot of money when you become troll coin millionaire.

You will make a tiny profit selling when it is 2-3 satoshis higher, but not enough to get all worked up over. You chance to feel seriously butthurt when this coin somehow magically takes off and you sold for pennies like a wolong dumper.

So my calculation: You should believe in the God of Abraham and you should hold your PND's and chill out.
