They're not losing money since it's a centralized, pre-mined database masquerading as a cryptocurrency. It cost nothing to mint, so they can literally sell at ANY fractional value above zero, and still make a profit.

I don't know how XRP holders even sleep at night knowing that the central owners of the token sit on hundreds of billions of coins just waiting to dump at any given moment.

What if Jed McCaleb wakes up one day and decides he needs a new colour of Bugatti? Cripple tokens are going to get punished for it.

The are brilliant. You will only be able to get them with cash or precious metals. These polymer notes will be impossible to counterfeit as they will be blockchain driven and backed by precious metals.

the difference between circulating and total is owned by Ripple the Company and is escrowed (cryptographically time locked) to release slowly month by month over years

XRP is the token that Xrapid "uses" for transactions.
The supply is presumably for institutional actors that are going to need a shitton of XRP to do their daily business.
This is not inflationary. This will drive up the price.

It's not. XRP doesn't have a handful of rich dictators who can do literally anything like EOS block producers. The only trust you have to extend is to a set of validators who put transactions in order. If they do a good job, great. If not, they can't double spend and you can immediately remove them regardless of the number of coins they own or Asics they control. All other rules, including validity of tx's, are enforced by over 900 nodes. It's as decentralized as you can get. PoW, PoS, and DPOS are literal garbage that only exist to steal billions of dollars from users and transfer them to block producers, miners, and electric companies.

When shills send their cryptocurrencies, they're not sending their best. They're not sending XRP. They're sending cryptos that have lots of problems, and they're bringing those problems with them. They're bringing fees, they're bringing hash wars, they're centralized. And some, I assume, are good cryptos.
